About This Agreement
This Agreement outlines what we provide, what you can expect, and the responsibilities on both sides. It's not filled with legal fluff — just the practical terms so we can move forward confidently and professionally.
1. Service Description & Clear Deliverables
What You're Purchasing:
Lift My Shop provides a done-for-you listing creation service for digital downloads and print-on-demand products. This is a digital business service where we handle the research, design, and listing creation that can be used across multiple platforms including Etsy, Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and more. We upload all completed listings to your provided dashboard.
What Is Included:
- Research and design of high-quality listings for digital downloads and print-on-demand products based on your selected package size
- Creation of optimized titles, descriptions, and mockup designs
- Listings designed to work across multiple platforms (Etsy, Amazon, eBay, Shopify, etc.)
- Uploading all completed listings to your dedicated Lift My Shop client dashboard
- Full ownership and rights to all listings upon delivery
- Access to support via email for questions during the delivery period
What Is NOT Included:
- Publishing listings to Etsy, Printify, Amazon, eBay, Shopify, or any other platform (this is your responsibility unless you have purchased an upgrade)
- Management of your shop or accounts on any third-party platforms
- Ongoing optimization, pricing strategy, or marketing after delivery
- Customer service for your shop's buyers
- Income guarantees, sales projections, or performance promises
- Training, coaching, or consultation on running your online business
2. Immediate Access = Full Delivery
Upon purchase, you gain immediate access to your Lift My Shop client dashboard where your listings will be delivered. Because digital products and services are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," all sales are final. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to this no-refund policy.
3. No Refund Policy
All purchases are final. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to: change of mind, dissatisfaction with results, failure to use the listings, or claims of not understanding the service. By completing your purchase, you agree to waive any right to a refund or chargeback.
