Welcome to Lift My Shop (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), By accessing our website or purchasing any service from Lift My Shop, you (“Client”, “you”, “your”) agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy (https://www.liftmyshop.com/privacy-policy).


Please read these terms carefully. By using our website and services, you agree to be bound by them.




1. Service Description

Lift My Shop provides a done-for-you print-on-demand listing service for e-commerce sellers. Our service includes:


Researching and designing high-quality print-on-demand listings

Creating optimized titles, descriptions, and mockups

Uploading listings as drafts to your connected Printify account

Delivering a Google Sheet with all your listing data, images, and content for easy reference

Ownership: You retain full ownership and rights to all listings we create for you. You may use them on Etsy, Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and other platforms as you choose.


Control: You are responsible for publishing, customizing, managing, and promoting your store after listings are delivered.




2. Pricing & Payment

All pricing is clearly disclosed before checkout.

Because this is a custom service, no refunds are available once work has started.

By purchasing, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes. If something is unclear or unsatisfactory, please contact us at contact@liftmyshop.com so we can help.



3. SMS and Email Communications

By providing your contact information, you agree to receive communications related to your order, including updates, reminders, and promotional offers.

Message and data rates may apply.

Message frequency may vary.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS or following unsubscribe instructions in emails.

5. What You Can Expect

Listings are created based on research and optimized for marketplace performance.

You’ll receive more listings than you paid for, as a buffer in case of removals or replacements.

We do not guarantee income, sales, or platform approval.



6. Listing Performance Disclaimer

We strive for high quality, but many factors affect results outside our control, including how you price, publish, promote, and manage your listings, as well as third-party platform policies or algorithm changes. We do not make income claims or guarantee specific outcomes.




7. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:


Publishing listings and setting pricing

Following platform (e.g., Etsy, Printify) policies and best practices

Performing your own copyright checks and compliance review

Managing your account, store health, and results after delivery

We recommend you review, edit, and enhance your listings as needed before publishing.




8. Intellectual Property

Once delivered, all listing content is yours to modify, reuse, republish, or expand as you wish. We conduct copyright checks prior to delivery, but recommend you also perform your own due diligence.




9. No Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our services, all sales are final and no refunds are provided once work begins. If there is an issue, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve it.




10. Limitation of Liability

Lift My Shop is not responsible for the actions or decisions of any third-party platform (e.g., Etsy, Shopify, Printify, Amazon), including but not limited to account suspensions, listing removals, policy changes, or other disruptions.


You assume full responsibility for your publishing decisions and store management after delivery.




11. Indemnification

You agree to hold Lift My Shop harmless from any claims, damages, or fees resulting from:


Use or publication of listings

Violations of third-party platform policies

Technical issues with any integrated tools



12. Non-Disparagement

If you have concerns, please contact us first and allow us a chance to resolve the matter before making any public statements or negative reviews.




13. Independent Contractor

Lift My Shop is an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.




14. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Any disputes will be resolved by confidential arbitration in San Diego County, California, under California law. No class actions are permitted.




15. Force Majeure

Lift My Shop is not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, or platform disruptions).




16. Non-Solicitation

You agree not to directly solicit or hire any Lift My Shop team member or contractor during the project and for two years after completion.




17. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your agreement with us without our written consent.




18. Modification

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page and effective upon posting.




19. Severability

If any part of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.




20. Entire Agreement

21. Testimonial Release

If you provide feedback, testimonials, or positive results, you grant us permission to use them in our marketing, unless you notify us otherwise.
